Welcome! If you are interested in seeing what I'm up to in between blog posts, head on over to my Instagram page where I regularly load photos of what I'm working on. You can also find me on Flickr and of course feel free to wander around the blog. Thank you kindly for taking the time to visit!

I'm a little late in sharing my STLMQG Habitat Challenge quilt, but better late than never!
I was inspired by one particularly pixelated print and away I went.  I used Faith's Photoshop Tutorial to design this quilt and had a lot of fun doing it.  I definitely came up with a design that I wouldn't have otherwise created using her method.

The quilt is made up of 24 identical blocks, just turned to create the pattern.
It's probably the most masculine thing I've made to date, but I think I like it.
Quilting is just straight lines down the length of the quilt about an inch and a half apart.

The STL ladies really rocked this challenge - I encourage you to check out some of the pictures here!

This tuned out great! Love the use of two gray colors and the pop of red.
